WRAP AROUND
The Wrap Around program is a definable way of partnering to provide intensive services to children with complex needs using a team approach. It is intended as an alternative to residential care. The child and family work directly with a team comprised of professionals and members of the family’s community. The team develops an individualized service plan that describes all of the needs identified by the child and family and how those needs will be met to ensure a successful outcome.
